For the past 18 years, Orion Systems has been successfully providing your businesses with “Enterprise Level” solutions without the need for fulltime IT staff. Our current preventative maintenance plan has evolved into a large list of proactive 24/7 monitoring services to provide your business with a complete Managed IT Service Plan. Fixed-Fee Managed IT Services in the SMB market is probably one of the most exciting segments in the IT services business. In our opinion it's a huge opportunity for IT service providers to transform the relationship they have had with their customers from that of a “reactionary” based service to a “proactive” approach. This has benefits to both parties. In the past clients called when things were just not working anymore. Upon arriving on-site, we would find that most, if not all, situations could have been prevented or planned for if someone was just “watching” the systems. Unfortunately not all situations had happy endings. This is what we want our clients to move away from. We are excited that we can now offer these new services to customers. Our new Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs are designed to keep your systems up, secure, and running at peak performance at all times. We avoid reactionary events that often occur, by going the extra mile to proactively monitor and manage critical IT functions throughout your network infrastructure. This process allows our MSP Engineers to fix small issues before they become big problems that would eventually affect your business operations and your bottom line.
