Michelle Lees currently serves as the VP of Operations at Oritain, a position held since December 2025. Prior to this, Michelle was the Vice President of Professional Services & Customer Support at EcoOnline from October 2022 to December 2025, overseeing software product management in the EHS and ESG sectors. Michelle's experience also includes a tenure at Alcumus, where as Vice President Operations & Support from August 2018 to October 2022, leadership was provided to a team of 75 professionals managing onboarding and support for 2,000 customers, alongside a role in business improvement and strategic projects.
