Katt Martinez

Katt Martinez has a diverse range of work experience in the design field. In 2015, they worked as an assistant in mediation and production at Fundación Arteria. From 2016 to 2020, they held various roles, including design research assistant at Universidad Nacional de Colombia, product design at Binokers, and UX/UI design freelance work at Azuza. In 2018, they interned as a communication designer at FLUID Design GmbH, where they conducted target audience analysis and managed social media platforms. Katt then worked as a design assistant at National University of Colombia in 2019, creating presentations and supporting graphics, designing digital and print materials, and managing students. From 2016 to 2020, they served as a visual designer, producing high-quality design solutions and working on data visualization, infographic design, and editorial design. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a UX/UI designer at Oncare GmbH, where they created and updated the design system, defined personas and user stories, created wireframes and prototypes, and managed information architecture and user flows. Currently, they are a product designer at Orium (formerly Myplanet) since 2022.

Katt Martinez completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Product Design from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, which took place from 2012 to 2016. Katt then pursued further education at Politecnico di Milano, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Communications Design from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they also engaged in a Final Master Studio Project focused on Data and Information Visualization at Politecnico di Milano from 2017 to 2018.
