Michelle Baboolall has extensive experience in strategic delivery, project management, and operations across various industries. At The Argus Group, Michelle served as Head of Strategic Delivery, overseeing the enterprise strategic roadmap and aligning project management practices. Previously, as Global Head of Strategic Delivery and Enterprise PMO, Michelle managed global project management and business analysis, coordinating key communications and reports. Additional roles include Senior Operations Manager for Fraud at Capital One, where Michelle led multi-site operations, and Creative Director for Styling by MJB, delivering creative direction for fashion campaigns.
