The buildings where we live, raise our children, work, and gather should be ready for the best day and the worst. Orivia Tech builds building optimization models that govern, audit, and optimize how AI interacts with buildings, grids, and communities. Our BRACE pipeline produces the models. Our EcoGuard platform delivers them. Carbon-per-Inference scores the AI inside them. We serve building owners, portfolio managers, ESCOs, and municipalities across Maryland and DC.

• $2.2B in unclaimed energy incentives surfaced across Montgomery County, including $324M in 179D deductions about to expire.
• At GridHack 2026, 24 student researchers using EcoGuard outperformed a professional energy audit by 18 EUI points.
• Active partnership with Workflow IO combining quadruped robotic scans with BRACE analysis for third-party-verified BEPS compliance.
