Jeff Abrams

Jeff Abrams is Senior Managing Director, ORIX USA Group Head of Private Credit, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Abrams oversees ORIX USA’s integrated private credit platform across the Growth Capital, Municipal and Infrastructure, Secondaries, Structured Credit and Credit Opportunities teams as well as those of Signal Peak Capital, a leveraged credit business, and NXT Capital, a middle-market direct lending business.

With over two decades of private credit experience, Mr. Abrams most recently served as Chief Investment Officer, Asset Management, for ORIX USA. Before joining ORIX USA, he was Head of Investing & Lending Solutions at Barclays International, where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and executing transactions in direct lending and opportunistic credit. Prior to Barclays, he was Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Corporate Credit Group for Guggenheim Partners.

Mr. Abrams started his career with Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Emory University.
