Today’s organisations are struggling to meet the needs of their people and their business. That’s where we come in. We help teams ranging from 10 to 10,000 to find common goals between workforce and workplace.

Orkest Consulting is an expert workforce planning and design consultancy specialising in roster optimisation.

Drawing on over two decades of advisory experience across Australia and the Asia Pacific, we help organisations solve complex workforce challenges and enhance the employee experience by finding solutions that balance the needs of people and businesses.

The role of the workplace has changed and will continue to evolve. As we move towards more flexible working models whilst navigating economic pressures, meeting the whole of business demands has never been more challenging.

Like a conductor with an orchestra, effective roster design requires harmony across multiple elements.

Our strength is transforming complex data into solutions that consider the whole business picture - from health and safety considerations, operational requirements and employee preferences, to market disruptors and new technologies.

Traditionally businesses may only consider one or two of these areas, but our approach blends the numbers with the human factor to ensure our strategies will deliver outside of the boardroom, from the top to the bottom of your organisation.

Beyond the roster, we’re people who care about your business….and your people.

We’re proud to be trusted across all shiftwork industries for solutions that give business leaders the confidence to act in uncertain times.

It can be complicated, so let us help you identify the best roster and working hours arrangements options for both your staff and your business.
