Steve Oles ACE retired from Orkin Pest Control after over 30 years in various roles, including Region Manager for New England and Customer Service Representative. They began their career with PCO Services in Syracuse, NY, working their way up through leadership positions and attending President’s Club seven times. Steve holds an Executive Education in Leadership and Strategic Impact from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and completed the Rollins Leadership Development Program at Georgia State University. Currently, Steve focuses on family, including quality time with their granddaughter, while cherishing the lifelong friendships formed during their professional journey.
