Erik Ekelund

Erik Ekelund is an experienced executive currently serving as CEO of Nic Group at Orkla Group since September 2015. Ekelund has held various significant positions at Orkla Group, including SVP of Business Development for Orkla Food Ingredients, SVP of Supply Chain Strategy & Finance, and VP of Production Strategy & Development. Prior to joining Orkla, Ekelund worked as a Manager at OPX Partners and as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Ekelund began a career at Orkla ASA as a Consultant in Corporate Development Operations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Linköping and an M.Sc. in Business and Economics from Uppsala University, along with studies at Harvard University.
