Thomas Backman

Thomas Backman began their professional career as a Shop Assistant at Willys, where Thomas managed the grocery store in the evenings, handled the earnings, and supervised staff. Thomas then moved on to Mondelēz International, where Thomas held positions as Team Leader and Continuous Improvement Engineer. Currently, at Orkla ASA, Thomas serves as Manager Operations and NRM at Orkla Food Ingredients, along with previous roles as Project Manager Operations and Project Consultant. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
