David Stephens

Mr. Stephens is a partner at Agentis Capital Mining Partners, which provides capital markets advisory services and is Head of Engineering at Vrify Technology Inc., a mining investment technology company. Mr. Stephens also provides consulting services in the mining and technology industries through his private consulting company. He was the Vice President, of Corporate Development and Marketing at Goldcorp until its acquisition by Newmont on April 18, 2019, having previously served as Vice President and Treasurer.

Prior to joining Goldcorp, Mr. Stephens spent ten years working in investment banking and equity research at various organizations including Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. and Orion Securities. Mr. Stephens holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Harvard University.
