Daniel Ortiz is an experienced technical operations engineer currently serving as Senior Technical Operations Engineer for the Orlando Magic since December 2020, and has held the position of Technician Operations Engineer with the NBA Orlando Magic & Amway Center since January 2017. Prior experience includes roles as an Audio Video Consultant at Florida International University from October 2008 to October 2019, and Coordinator of Broadcast Services with the Miami HEAT from January 2002 to December 2016. Daniel has also worked as Production Director for Citadel Broadcasting, Program/Operations for Guadalupe Radio Network, and Chief Engineer at GLR Network. Daniel's career in broadcast and operations began with Radio Unica Network from 1998 to 2002. Education was completed at Seminole State College of Florida.
