Ted Rosenberg is currently the COO at ORLANS PC. Prior to this, they were the Director of Operations at Dimont & Associates from January 2005 to December 2007. In this role, Ted managed all mortgage servicing default functions, including collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and REO.
From 2001 to 2005, Ted was the SVP of Default at JPMorgan Chase. Before that, they were the SVP of Default at EMC Mortgage from 1998 to 2001, where they again managed all mortgage servicing default functions. Ted also held the role of Manager at Access Financial from 1997 to 1998.
Ted has also been with Orlans Group and Seterus, where they served as Vice President and Managing Director, respectively. Their first VP role was at Advanta Mortgage from 1996 to 1997. Prior to that, they were with GE Capital for 15 years, from 1981 to 1996.
Ted Rosenberg graduated from Allderdice and then attended Indiana University Bloomington. Ted earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Xavier University in the field of finance and financial management services.
Ted Rosenberg reports to Alison Orlans, President & CEO. They are on a team with and Brian Henry - Chief Legal Officer.
