Filip Paczkowski

Filip Paczkowski is an experienced engineering professional specializing in gas technologies, hydrogen, biogas, and biomethane solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Gas Technologies Development Department at ORLEN S.A. since July 2023, Filip is involved in R&D, technology commercialization, and strategic partnerships. Previously, at PGNiG SA, Filip held the position of Head of Research, Development and Innovative Technologies Office, managing R&D investments and leading projects focused on hydrogen technologies and circular economy initiatives. Filip's extensive background at GE Aviation includes roles from Principal R&D Engineer to Project Leader, overseeing significant projects, contract management, and cost-reduction efforts. Filip holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from AGH University of Krakow.
