Marcin Szpak is an accomplished CEO and director with extensive experience in strategic leadership and management. They served as Board Advisor at Olivia Business Centre from 2018 to 2023 and are currently the CEO of FinNest. Previously, Marcin held various leadership roles, including Director of Strategy, Development and Regulation at Energa SA from 2011 to 2016 and Deputy Mayor at Gdansk City Hall from 2004 to 2009. Marcin is also the Chairman of the Foundation Supervisory Board at the Gdansk Business Incubator STARTER since 2005 and has been involved with multiple organizations, including Green Cities Infrastructure Sp. z o. o. and ORLEN S.A. since 2023 and 2025, respectively. Marcin holds a PhD in Business and Investment Management from the University of Gdansk and completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School.
