Marek Mlonka is an experienced manager, implementer, and architect with comprehensive knowledge and skills in operations management within technology companies, specializing in ITSM and ESM system implementations. Since 2025, Marek has served as the IT Services Management Department Manager at ORLEN S.A. Previously, Marek held various roles, including Operations Director and Atlassian Solution Architect at OPTIMATIS Sp. z o.o., and held management positions in IT support departments at PGNiG SA and PGE Systemy S.A.
