Rafał Wardziński

Rafał Wardziński is currently the Executive Director for Upstream Operations at ORLEN S.A. and has a diverse background in public service and private enterprise. Previously, they served as Deputy Director in the Key Companies Department at the Ministry of the Treasury, managing corporate governance for key state-owned enterprises from various sectors. Rafał held leadership roles at Polskie LNG as President and Vice President of the Board, overseeing the construction and operation of a strategic LNG terminal. Additionally, they worked as an advisor in the European Parliament, formulating analyses on EU laws and their impact on Poland, and have extensive experience in real estate management as a Partner and Project Director at SPRS Inwestycje. Rafał holds a Master's degree from Uniwersytet Szczeciński and an MBA from the Uniwersytet Gdański.
