Over a career spanning from 1993, Szymon has developed expertise in customer service, sales, and operational management across various companies including ConocoPhillips and GASPOL S.A. Szymon holds a Master's degree in Management and Administration from Akademia Swiętokrzyska and has completed postgraduate studies in Energy Characteristics and Auditing of Buildings at Politechnika Świętokrzyska w Kielcach.
