Tomasz Prost

Tomasz Prost has extensive experience in the energy and regulatory sectors, currently serving as Manager of the Power Generation and Heat Regulations Department at ORLEN S.A. since November 2017, alongside roles in regulatory and public affairs within the company. Previously, Tomasz Prost held positions as Chief Specialist at the Renewable Energy Department of the Energy Regulatory Office of the Republic of Poland and as Associate at Bird & Bird, focusing on aviation, defense, and security law. With a background that includes significant leadership roles at the Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Poland, Tomasz Prost possesses a solid foundation in legal and legislative matters. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Warsaw and post-graduate studies in energy market functioning and European Union law from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
