Tomasz Słupecki

Tomasz Słupecki is the Director of Corporate Controlling at ORLEN, where they oversee cost-efficiency, margin enhancement, and working capital within the ORLEN Group. They continuously monitor the implementation of strategic and optimization programs in the group companies, while also developing management information systems and standards. Their previous positions at PKN ORLEN included Director of Corporate Controlling, Director of Corporate Analysis, and Director of Efficiency Improvement Controlling. Additionally, Słupecki has been a board member at Baltic Power since 2016. They hold a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and participated in a finance program at Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel.
