Waldemar Król

Waldemar Król is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in managing and enhancing operational and financial performance within the fuel industry and international business. As CEO and Member of the Management Board at PKN ORLEN S.A. since 2018, Waldemar leads the largest fuel provider in Estonia while fostering teamwork for ongoing improvements. Simultaneously serving as the Operational Director and a Member of the Management Board at the Polish-Estonian Chamber of Commerce since 2020, Waldemar is dedicated to strengthening connections within the Polish and Estonian business communities. As a partner at Red Black Capital and Pivots & Blocks, Waldemar focuses on bridging business opportunities with talent and managing the incubation of innovative projects. Previously, Waldemar gained valuable experience as an International Business Manager at Global Strategy, handling M&A advisory and project management. Waldemar holds a Master of Science in International Business Economics from the University of Wales and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie.
