Frank Niro

Frank Niro is the Co-Founder of ORLink and a renowned business strategist in the healthcare industry. Frank has over 30 years of experience in hospital administration and management.

Frank began their career as a CEO/President at three different locations for Quorum Health Resources. Frank then went on to be the Chief Executive Officer at Monadnock Community Hospital. After almost four years in this role, they transitioned to Cornell University where they were a Lecturer and Executive-in-residence for the Sloan Graduate Program in Health Administration. It was here that they developed and taught a graduate level class entitled Business and Strategic Planning for Healthcare Professionals.

In May of 2013, Frank co-founded ORLink, a company that provides solutions for tracking surgical implants throughout their product life-cycle. Since its inception, ORLink has helped over 1,000 hospitals and surgery centers improve their inventory management and patient safety.

Frank is a thought leader in the healthcare industry and is frequently invited to speak at national conferences. Frank is also an active mentor to young professionals, helping them navigate their careers in healthcare.

Frank Niro's educational career includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Bentley University, and a degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas.
