Roy Magen

Roy Magen has a diverse work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and cyber security. Roy has worked as the Director of Global Infrastructure & Cyber Security at Ormat Technologies, Inc. where they managed teams for network security and infrastructure worldwide. Roy also handled projects related to M&A, public cloud, and IT security. Prior to that, Roy worked at NICE Systems as the Global Infrastructure Manager and Global System Team Leader, overseeing system projects, managing teams, and handling global infrastructure responsibilities. Roy has also worked at NICE Actimize as the Manager of R&D IT and Hosting Infrastructure, responsible for managing a global team and handling the hosted environment for customers and R&D labs. Earlier in their career, they worked at SmarTeam Corp and Convergys as a Sys Admin.

Roy Magen attended Ruppin from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a B.A in Business Administration. From 2016 to 2017, they studied CIO and Information Technology at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
