Oro Collective was founded in March 2020 as the 100% virtual adaptation of our previous leadership coaching and consulting business TM&Co (established in London, UK in 2011).

Oro Collective specialises in elevating team performance and leadership excellence through the practice of psychological safety and trust.

Our mission is to guide purpose-led, value-driven leaders in creating humane and high-performing workplaces at the level of leader, team, individual and the systems they operate within.

Leveraging our unique Psychological Safety Performance Model and trauma-informed approach, we offer innovative solutions that foster trust, integrity, and joy within teams.

Our services (leadership coaching, team workshops, courses and books) are rooted in extensive experience and a proven track record, including published work and global engagements.

Connect with us to transform your organisational culture and unlock the full potential of your team.
