Mikel Ormazabal Arakama

Mikel Ormazabal Arakama has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Mikel is currently working as the LATAM Manager at Oroi Wellbeing since December 2020. Previously, they were involved in co-founding and working as an innovation consultant at Aldra, where they designed strategic plans, marketing plans, and business plans for medium and large companies in Spain and Mexico. Mikel also contributed to the go-to-market strategy of Dark Burger, a startup, by enhancing the user experience across various touchpoints. Mikel worked as a Mexico Business Development Agent at Futboltek, a company specializing in technological and creative solutions for the improvement of professional football players' technification and performance. Furthermore, Mikel was a co-founder of Dark Burger. Mikel also served as an entrepreneurship coach at Universidad MONDRAGÓN México, guiding students in the creation of profit-generating companies. Mikel gained experience in user experience design as a MyO UX team member at ORBEA. Moreover, they co-founded and worked as a teampreneur at Kmon Coop, a junior cooperative focused on leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Mikel Ormazabal Arakama pursued their education starting from 2012 to 2016 at Mondragon Unibertsitatea. During this period, they studied International Business and obtained a degree in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation (LEINN). In 2020, they attended Esade for a brief period, focusing on Strategic Innovation studies.
