Alexandre Paris

Alexandre Paris has extensive work experience in various industries, including renewable energy, technology, manufacturing, and research. Alexandre currently serves as the Senior Vice President and COO at ORPC since 2019. Before that, they were the CEO and President-Directeur Général of ORPC Canada, where they worked to expand the company's marine renewable energy business in Canada. Prior to that, they worked at Hydro-Québec in the Growth & Innovation department, where they developed strategies for maximizing the commercial potential of innovations. Alexandre also served as the Chief Operating Officer at ThermoCeramix Corporation, where they transformed the startup into a fully operational company. Alexandre has also held roles at Downtown Grill Inc, National Research Council Canada, PolyEdge, Husky Injection Molding Systems, SciMould Inc., and the Industrial Research and Development Institute, demonstrating their expertise in business development, engineering, and management.

Alexandre Paris obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials from Polytechnique Montréal, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
