Blake Wu

Blake Wu is the current Director at OrphoMed. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Ares Management from January 2013 to December 2014, focused on investments across healthcare and natural resources. Before that, Blake worked as an Analyst at Moelis & Company from January 2011 to December 2013, where they were a generalist in the Investment Banking Group focused on healthcare (therapeutics and medical devices), business services, and media. Some of their transaction experience includes being part of the team that sold the interventional biopsy division of Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. to Roundtable Healthcare Partners, as well as the nurse travel staffing division of On Assignment, Inc. to Medical Solutions / Tenex Capital Management / McCarthy Capital. In 2010, Blake Wu began working at Barclays Capital as an Equity Research Analyst and continued in that role until 2011. Their final previous position was as an Equity Research Summer Analyst at Barclays Capital in 2009.

Blake Wu graduated from The Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Real Estate, and Management.
