The name ORPSY was derived from the term ORganizational PSYchology.  As HR Consultant, ORPSY has more then 35 years of experience. It is a medium-sized bureau based in Ghent, with two flex offices in Antwerp and Brussels. The consultancy activities are mainly focused on Belgium and partially international. Over the years we have become experienced in assessing various international profiles.
