Charles Phillips is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in diverse leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager - Orqa US at Orqa FPV since January 2025, Charles has also been a member of Glynn 100 since August 2021, contributing to a network of leaders in technology and finance. As CEO and Co-Founder of Sawa Credit Inc from July 2020 to January 2025, Charles developed an innovative platform aimed at promoting financial health among underserved borrowers. Previous positions include CEO of Xaraxis, Inc., and Industrial Specialty Chemicals, Inc., as well as Managing Partner at Gum Branch Capital. Additionally, Charles served on the board of the Center on Rural Innovation and held a Vice President role at Probitas Partners. Charles holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Political Science from Harvard University.
