Amy Gingle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and research within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director at Orr Group since May 2024, Gingle previously held the role of Senior Director for Research and Pipeline Development in Revenue Operations at Year Up from August 2016 to April 2024, where responsibilities included leading business development and supporting teams generating over $170 million in annual revenue. Prior roles at Year Up also included Director of Prospect Development and Research and Interim Director of Development for Year Up Greater Boston, focusing on significant fundraising efforts. Earlier in the career, Gingle was Associate Director at Massachusetts General Hospital, where development analytics and prospect management were prioritized, and held positions at MIT and Isaacson, Miller focusing on research support. Gingle holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Suffolk University and a Project Management Certificate from Cornell University.
