Founded in 1988 and based in Northern Virginia, Orr Partners has grown to be one of the Washington Metropolitan area’s top owner’s representative, development and construction management firms. We are an award-winning firm and eighty-five percent of our revenue comes from repeat business and referrals. Our high percentage of repeat clients reflects our credibility in building a fluid construction process and efficient, collaborative teams that result in successful projects. In addition to our leading reputation, we offer a well-developed network of contractors, architects and engineers that helps secure both cost and service advantages. With over twenty-five years in business, Orr Partners has managed a wide range of projects, including new construction, site development, renovations, tenant improvements and special-use facilities. We assist our clients throughout the complete life cycle of a project. We don’t just build buildings; we build buildings that matter.

Orr Partners is a member of U.S. Green Building Council, with multiple certified LEED® AP project managers on staff. In addition, all of our staff has received LEED training. We encourage and facilitate the use of sustainable LEED practices on all our projects.
