Ryan Kooy

Ryan Kooy began their professional career as an intern at ORR Protection Systems and later graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's degree in History. They were hired as an Operations Support Specialist, where they managed company licenses, fleet, and communications. Ryan progressed to a Project Administrator, enhancing their collaboration and communication skills by working closely with sales, accounting, and technical teams. They were promoted to Key Account Manager in July 2025, where they focus on improving communication and account health while supporting mission-critical projects.
