Michael Bachmann

Michael Bachmann is currently the Leiter Integration and a member of the Geschäftsleitung at ORS Service AG, where they focus on supporting asylum seekers and refugees in Switzerland. They have previously held roles such as Mandatsleiter Gemeindemandate Deutschschweiz and Stellvertretender Operativer Leiter Gemeindemandate at the ORS Group. Earlier in their career, Michael gained experience as a Junior-Kundenbetreuer at Basler Versicherungen & Baloise Bank SoBa and completed internships with Stiftung Kinderheime Solothurn and Zentrum für Menschen mit Demenz und Angehörige (ZEDA). Michael holds multiple academic degrees, including a Bachelor in Allgemeine Soziale Arbeit and a Master of Arts in Soziale Arbeit from Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW, along with additional qualifications in Nonprofit and Public Management and Strategisches Management.
