ORS PAIR is a strategic brand practice for founders and companies at turning points — when a brand needs to be created, transformed, or aligned with what it is becoming.
The work begins with finding what is genuinely true about a company, its direction, its place in the world. From that foundation, ORS PAIR builds what a brand needs to stand behind and grow from. The practice takes brands from strategy through to presence, supporting teams and systems along the way, and stays until the brand is ready to move on its own.
Founded in 2023 by Natia Chomakhashvili and Tea Tchanturidze, a brand and marketing leader and an art director who have built brands from the inside, with full ownership over both the thinking and the making.
