Aaron Bullwinkel is the Lead Legal Counsel at Ørsted Americas, where they leverage extensive experience in energy law and corporate governance. Previously, Aaron served as General Counsel for an energy storage company and an energy efficiency provider, as well as Senior Counsel for an international energy company. Aaron has also held associate positions at several international law firms and has a strong background in contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and project development. Aaron earned a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
