Aase Saar is an experienced Health Safety and Environment leader with a strong background in the offshore wind industry, focusing on all aspects of the value chain. Aase held various roles, including Senior HSE Manager at DONG Energy and Head of HSE at Bladt Industries A/S, where they built a robust safety culture. Aase earned a Master’s Degree in Environmental and Occupational Health Management from Danmarks Tekniske Universitet and currently serves as QHSE Director CHW 2b&4 and Head of QHSE APAC in Taiwan.
