Albie Facada

Albie Facada is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various industries, currently serving as a Senior Global Talent Sourcing Partner at Ørsted since May 2023. In this role, Albie collaborates with senior leaders to enhance recruiting processes and manages the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process. Prior to Ørsted, Albie worked at EY as a Supervising Associate, focusing on cybersecurity recruitment, and held a senior talent acquisition position at Point32Health, where Albie contributed to the integration of two major health care organizations. Additional experience includes roles at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute, Altisource, Monster Worldwide, MODIS, and Randstad Technologies. Albie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from UMass Boston.
