Alex Kw Chang

Alex KW Chang possesses extensive experience in governmental and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Lead Governmental & Regulatory Affairs Manager at Ørsted since November 2020, after holding the position of Senior Governmental & Regulatory Affairs Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Government Relations Advisor at Northland Power Inc., managing government affairs for the Hai Long Offshore Wind Project. Alex also worked as a Public Policy Researcher/Deputy Director at Jet-Go Consulting Group, providing policy research and consultation, and held a role as Assistant Researcher/Communication and Training Specialist at Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research, focusing on international trade policies and strategic communications. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Relations from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & International Relations from Victoria University of Wellington.
