Allan MacDonald

Allan MacDonald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic roles within the energy sector. Currently serving as Director of JVs & Special Projects at Ørsted since February 2019, Allan has held various leadership positions, including Senior Manager and Head of Origination & Markets, as well as Lead for Business Development, M&A, and Joint Ventures. Prior to Ørsted, Allan worked at Accenture Strategy Upstream as a Manager following the acquisition of Schlumberger Business Consulting in November 2015. Allan began the career as a Consultant at Schlumberger Business Consulting from August 2013 to November 2015. Allan holds a Master of Science in Managerial and Financial Economics from HEC Paris and a Master of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Glasgow, with additional research experience at Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
