Anders Sommer

Anders Sommer is the Director and Head of Jack-Up & Heavy Lifting Solutions at Ørsted, where they oversee major component exchanges throughout the wind turbine fleet. They previously held various project management roles at DONG Energy, focusing on safety implementations, well construction, and technical integrity within offshore drilling projects. Earlier in their career, Anders served as a Junior Engineer at Det Norske Veritas and worked as a consultant at Olsten, designing marine systems. Anders holds two Master's degrees in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and NTNU.
