Andre Gafford

Andre Gafford is the Founder and CEO of Axis Sky Renewables, a start-up focused on vertical axis wind turbines, since January 2024. Currently serving as Lead Sourcing Manager for P2X Americas at Ørsted, Gafford has extensive experience in procurement and project consulting across several major companies in the energy sector, including APTIM, Hess Corporation, Statoil, BP, Calpine, Marathon Oil Company, and Shell Oil Company. Gafford has a proven track record in developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing contracts, and optimizing supply chain processes, resulting in significant cost savings and enhanced operational efficiency. Gafford holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston-Downtown.
