Andrew Krieger is currently the Onshore Western Permitting Manager at Ørsted, overseeing environmental permitting for wind, solar, and battery storage projects in the western portfolio. Previously, Andrew served as a Senior Environmental and Permitting Specialist at Ørsted and worked as an Offshore Wind Energy Specialist at Advisian, providing environmental consulting for the offshore wind industry. At Booz Allen Hamilton, Andrew managed offshore energy projects for the Department of Interior and developed expertise in marine environmental statutes and regulatory processes. Early in the career at the US Environmental Protection Agency, Andrew held positions as an ORISE Fellow, contributing to the NPDES permitting program and supporting various Clean Water Act rulemakings. Andrew holds a Master of Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School at the University of California Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolution from the University of Pittsburgh.
