Andy Jeffcutt

Andy Jeffcutt is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent development and organizational management. Currently serving as Lead Consultant and Global Talent Partner at Ørsted since August 2019, Andy is responsible for developing talent across multiple business units. Prior roles include Senior HR Business Partner for the power generation leadership team in the UK East region and Head of People Services at The EBP, a socially-driven enterprise. Additional experience includes HR Director at Crawshaws and a decade at Lidl UK in various HR roles. Andy also contributes to community conservation as a Board Trustee and Chair at The Sherwood Forest Trust. Educational qualifications include a BA in Geography from the University of Southampton and a Leadership Qualification from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
