Anja Basilio Fabech

Anja Basilio Fabech has extensive experience in internal communication, currently serving as the Head of Global Internal Communication Partnering at Ørsted since February 2019, where leadership includes guiding a team of communication partners and managing service level agreements. Previous roles at Ørsted encompass advising the Chief Human Resources Officer, leading executive communication teams, and overseeing HR communication initiatives. Prior to Ørsted, Anja held significant positions at COWI, including Chief Communication Specialist and Senior Language and Communication Specialist, providing strategic communication advice and producing internal communication materials. Anja holds a Master's degree in International Business Communication from Copenhagen Business School and has pursued additional studies in communication planning and management.
