Artur Imanaev is currently the Head of Agile Competence Centre at Ørsted, where they facilitate the adoption of SCRUM and SAFe values to enhance team collaboration and self-management. Previously, Artur held various roles in sales and quality assurance, including positions as a Sales Specialist at Tirsped Sp. z o.o. and a Test Software Engineer at IT Kontrakt powered by Avenga. They have also contributed to the development of Agile methodologies, coaching new Scrum Masters and improving processes within teams. Artur holds a Master's degree in Ukrainistyka from Uniwersytet Warszawski and a postgraduate degree in IT Management Systems from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
