Ather Nawaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, user experience (UX), and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Product Management Coach at Ørsted since June 2018, Ather is instrumental in fostering a product-centric culture within the organization and leading a global UX team as DesignOps lead. Ather also holds a lecturer position at Copenhagen Business School, teaching and supervising in areas such as UX and information management. As a founding partner of TransformTrio and founder of StartupXO, Ather focuses on organizational transformation and digital product strategy. Previous roles include Lead UX/UI at Mono Solutions and UX lead at Wuxus A/S, along with research positions at Norwegian University of Science and Technology and Philips Research. Ather holds a Ph.D. in User Experience and Usability from Copenhagen Business School, a Master’s in Interactive Systems Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from The University of Lahore.
