Benjamin Skelly

Benjamin Skelly, PMP, has extensive experience in offshore construction and marine operations management, currently serving as Deputy Construction Package Manager at Ørsted since June 2016. In this role, Benjamin has held various positions including Lead Offshore Site Manager for multiple projects in the USA, Senior Offshore Site Manager for the Greater Changhua projects in Taiwan, and Senior Offshore Operations Superintendent for Hornsea One in the UK. Prior experience includes Marine Coordination Project Manager at Siemens and Marine Operations Supervisor at Specialist Marine Consultants Ltd, along with marine coordination roles at Fluor Corporation and other positions in the offshore sector since 2008. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Information Technology from Colleg Llandrillo Cymru, a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, and additional diplomas in aviation studies and construction management.
