Bente Boa

Bente Boa has extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development for Wind Power Operations at Ørsted since October 2017. Prior roles include Senior Learning and Development Manager at DONG Energy from October 2016, Global Head of Training at TORM from July 2008 to August 2016, and HR Manager at DFDS A/S from 2007 to 2008. Bente's career in human resources commenced at Scandlines Denmark A/S and Scandlines, where roles included HR Consultant.
