Bryan Dougherty

Bryan Dougherty is an experienced professional currently serving as the Operations Readiness Project Manager at Ørsted, where significant achievements include the implementation of the nation's first Jones Act compliant Service Operation Vessel and the establishment of Ørsted's largest O&M facility. Bryan has a rich background in military service, retiring as an Officer from the Connecticut Army National Guard after a distinguished career, including roles such as Commander and Operations Officer. Prior to Ørsted, Bryan held various managerial positions at Sikorsky, where responsibilities spanned program operations, budget management, and new business acquisition. Bryan's academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Connecticut, a Master's in Community and Economic Development from Penn State University, and a Bachelor's in Human and Regional Geography from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
