Bryan Stockton is the Head of Federal & Regulatory Affairs at Ørsted, bringing nearly two decades of expertise in renewable energy and environmental law and policy. In this role, Bryan advises on federal tax, environmental, and energy policies impacting Ørsted’s North American projects while developing strategies to minimize risks and advocating for supportive legislation. Previously, Bryan served as Counsel at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and Director of Government Relations at ML Strategies, LLC. Bryan is a member of the District of Columbia bar and holds a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
